Just what I ordered 😀.   But as it will take too long to arrive, I looked at Amazon again, and they have changed delivery method in my country, so I can now get stuff sent to post office. So I ordered one there too… 😀

I could have looked at Amazon yes, BUT they use a total failure courier company called AIRMEE here in Denmark, and they can not deliver! Sad but true, I have sent (and read many other) complaints  to AIRMEE and Amazon.de too. They lie and cheat, write that they have been at our door (many times), when I can see the car disappear in the distance etc etc. After three attempts they send the goods back to Amazon, so they can get hired for another delivery. And they CAN NOT put the items in a parcel locker, EVERY other delivery company does that. So no Amazon for me…

I ordered at aliexpress, works every time and some items even get shipped from our neighbor country Sweden 😀

Thanks, I did not think of the manual as I have not received the 902 yet.

And the perplexity link has 41 steps, some of them I really don´t understand – that’s why I like the list from the (Keith at whatsbestforum.com ) other forum (18 steps that I do understand 😀 )

I think the 902 will arrive Tuesday, the ferrites for the Drossel V3 will take a little more time. My plan is to ditch my LAN->Optical->LAN converters and go from the 902 via Drossel V3 to Stack Audio Regenerator and to streamer. Or do you have better suggestions?

Hi Eric, thanks for your advice. I stumbled on a recipe from Keith at whatsbestforum.com, see pic. I think if I follow that, it’ll be easy-easy. But in what position does the switch on the 902 has to be, obviously not No3 (Client)

Hi Eric, and the rest of the forum 😀

I have read many of your words about the WR902 and am about to order one, though I will not go the route with the Bob Smith thing (I am VERY bad with a soldering iron!) nor the Open WRT tweak (Mac user, and not computer geek).

Will the sound still be as wonderful as some of you describe? I will use a power bank, or (if I can bypass all my other LAN->Optical->LAN converters because the sound might be better without them now) use one of the two outputs on my Allo Shanti LPSU.

I have to reread the words about making the 902 a client, I think I’ll maybe can cope with that?! (If I use this Google search/link that’ll do it?: „how to make TP link wrt 902 router client + ethernet sound“.  And what´s best: 2,4 or 5 GHz for connecting to home network? 😀.
