      Welcome to the party Vemian. I’m excited for my throttle cable V3 as well.

        Yeah. Unfortunately, it is what it is. We are all at the mercy of the whims of politics in this country. I have managed to source a suitable cable replacement as well as the exact Delock isolator. Right now patience is the only remedy. The ferrites, and chokes arrived today, and the cable arrives tomorrow so I will have an incomplete throttle cable for a while. In the meantime, the music still sounds immaculate due to the WR902AC.

          Hi there. Thanks for the suggestion at using a DC filter/detuning the DC cable. However, I am reluctant to even bother experimenting there since the delta after switching to the power bank was so significant. I think efforts will be best spent  trying out better low interference power banks. The power bank  I have has two high power outputs and a LED screen, which I suspect doesn’t make it the best candidate for an audiophile implementation. I will look to test out the Xiaomi Eric used in his conception of this configuration. Can others share models of power banks they have used and their preferences

          I am working on getting the parts together for the choke cable. I will probably be able to implement the 3.3V battery solution before the cable as it stands.

              I dove right in yesterday and purchased two of the WR902ACs with the goal of running one as a client and the other as a repeater. I was only able to set up the client last night though. My network is as follows:

              Modem -> Orbi Router -> M12 switch -> tempus switch -> Muon Pro -> Streamer

              The modem, Orbi Router, and tempus switch run off linear power supplies all connected to a Bluetti AC200P battery, and the M12 is connected directly to an AC outlet of the Bluetti AC200P battery but still with a switching power supply.

              With the WR902AC powered directly from a DC outlet of the Bluetti AC200P Battery in the chain as below:

              Modem -> Orbi Router <-  wifi -> M12 switch -> tempus switch -> Muon Pro -> Streamer

              Initially, more details were apparent. I was hearing more reverb trails so more of the room. At the same time everything seemed softer, and less airy – a weird combo as if underpowered, but still an overall improvement. I suspected I had one too many devices coming off the Bluetti, or maybe its DC output was simply not up to scratch.

              To further experiment, taking inspiration from use cases on here, I then attached my Anker power Bank 20000mAh to the WR902AC. Wow, wow, wow. Everything was better than I was getting prior. Spaciousness, insight, delicacy, more thereness.

              I can’t wait for more listening tonight. In the meantime, my mind is in overdrive mulling over what to address next.

              I see folks on here using a second WR902AC as a repeater – is it worth a try?

              I’m of course going to do the 3.3v mod once I can convince a more technical friend to work on it for me

              Throttle cabling is also in my future.

              Thanks to Eric for spearheading things, and thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences. This has been eye opening, and I look forward to eventually eliminating as many expensive components as possible from my chain

                <p style=“text-align: left;“>Thanks for the breakdown, Eric. At this point, I’m hoping someone is looking to part with their V3 cable.</p>

                  I just joined this forum and I’m looking to build the V3 cable. I’d like to thank and applaud all those involved in the genesis of this concept as well as its execution.

                  I live in the US and was wondering if there are equivalent parts on US websites to purchase in order to avoid delays, tariffs, higher shipping costs, etc.
