Here is my IanCanada UCPurePro 2025 build. Input transformer for a 12V inputs CMChoker filtration, then the 3000F ultracap system. Final step for this polycarbonate case is I drilled holes in the TPlink housing so I can screw it directly to the enclosure with a cutout to allow direct LAN attachment.

Thank you for the pictures. Did you find any Wifi signal attenuation by the enclosure? Why close the TPLink box back after you opened it up?

Thank you all for this excellent thread and especially to Eric for introducing us to great sound!

In speaking with Ian he suggests the UCPurePro (3000F ultracapacitor system) as being better than the LiFePO4+/- UCConditioner. Has anyone compared the Ultracapacitor only approach to the battery if directly wiring to the WR902AC?

Beyond the primary question of “which sounds better?” is also “which sounds better longer?” It seems like probably the battery setup would last longer in Pure mode,  but I’m curious how the two compare in sound when they are both in charging mode. Ian seems to think the UCPurePro is still better.
