I checked through the logs and found a few „unknown error 37′ messages. After trying several tests I decided to reflash the TP WR902ac. I used exactly the same 5G only instructions as used previously (pasted from my Notepad++). This time it worked straightaway. I have no idea why it failed the first time.
Once again, thank you for your invaluable insight into the sound of ethernet. I will post some photos of my implementation when they are presentable 🙂
