New US Shipping Restrictions – Executive Order Update:
In accordance with the recent US Executive Order „Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment for All Countries“, Deutsche Post and DHL Paket are temporarily suspending acceptance and transport of business parcels and merchandise mail to the US as of August 22 .
We offer the following options:
1. You may arrange for your own courier to handle shipping.
o If so, please confirm that your shipping provider guarantees successful delivery .
o We will need the carrier name , service type, and your customer number to proceed.
o A packaging and handling fee of 1.50 will be charged.
2. If you are unable to organize your own courier, we regret to inform you that we will have to cancel your order .
Important Notice for Deliveries to the United States:
Due to international laws and regulations, we must review the ordered items before shipment.
Please inform us of the intended end-use of the products and whether you require a Certificate of Origin (COO) or any additional documentation.
If a COO is required and we are able to obtain it, please note the following:
